Changes to the exterior of your house/Lot may require approval
If you're repainting trim/doors or replacing siding/roofing using the same colors that are on your house now, or if you are having your blacktop driveway seal-coated, you do not need prior approval. If you're changing the exterior of your house or yardContact Us to determine if you need pre-approval from the Association.

Trash & Recycling Containers must be stored out of view
Per Association Covenants, Lot owners must keep trash and recycling containers out of public view. Our updated Architectural Guidelines contain guidelines that meet City of Woodbury Code for shielded, outdoor storage of receptacles.

Trailers, Boats, Recreational Vehicles cannot be stored on HVHA Lots
Association Covenants do not allow these items to be stored on your Lot, unless they fit in your garage with the door closed.
