City of Woodbury Winter Parking Regulations in effect November 1 thru April 1
We've been notified by the City that numerous issues were raised during the 2010-11 snow removal season. Please review the winter parking regulations to ensure that your vehicle isn't ticketed. No vehicles may be parked on the road between 2:00-6:00 AM anytime 2 or more inches of snow have accumulated until the street has been completely plowed. View the complete regulations on the city's website
CCER/Architectural Guideline violation notices
We've received complaints about Lot owners who are in violation of HVHA Covenants and Architectural Guidelines. The most common complaint is trash cans stored within street view; boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles stored on Lots; and signs posted on Lots. Covenant violation notices are being sent to Lot owners in violation. Enforcement of our rules/guidelines is important to ensure that the value of our properties remain as high as possible. Lot owners who are in violation of Covenants and/or Architectural Guidelines will have their voting privileges suspended. Check the Architectural Rules page or contact us for more information.
Exterior changes to your house/yard may require approval from Association
If you're changing the exterior of your house or yard, contact us to request your copy of the updated Architectural Guidelines. Many changes require pre-approval from the Association--this includes the fences. Check the Architectural Rules page for more information.
