Architectural Guidelines for Highland Village
All Highland Village Lot (property) owners are bound by the decisions of the Architectural Control Committee. The duty of this committee is to set forth guidelines that will promote neighborhood harmony and prevent a decline in property values. New guidelines approved May 2010.
Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation establish the Highland Heights First Association as a not for profit corporation.
Bylaws
The bylaws are the rules by which the Highland Village Homeowners Association operates. They establish meeting criteria, and define the Board of Directors, their selection, duties, and term of office. The bylaws define committees, books and records access, assessments, and amendments also.
Highland Heights Declaration of Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions (CCERs)
This document defines the easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, which have been established for the purpose of protecting the value and desirability of properties in Highland Village. This document is binding on all parties having any right, title, or interest in the properties within the Highland Village development.
Collections Policy
This document states the Association's procedures to collect assessments. All Lots are bound to the Association and owe an annual assessments. Lot owners are invoiced for their annual assessment in late May.  Contact Us to receive your copy of the collections policy.

Electronic Notification Authorization
Use this form to receive email notification of Association business, policy changes, etc. We must have this form on file to email you with policy changes or certain legal notices regarding the Association.
Architectural Approval Form
Certain changes to your Lot or house will require preapproval. Most restrictions are listed in the Architectural Guidelines but additional restrictions may be contained in the CCERs. File the Architectural Approval Form to receive prior approval for changes. Be sure to check with the City of Woodbury about ordinances for exterior structures and landscaping prior to beginning the application process.
Maintenance Agreement
Some land uses defined within the Architectural Guidelines for Highland Village require a signed Maintenance Agreement to be submitted with the Architectural Approval Form.
