- Architectural Guidelines for Highland Village
- All Highland Village Lot (property) owners are bound by the decisions of the Architectural Control Committee. The duty of this committee is to set forth guidelines that will promote neighborhood harmony and prevent a decline in property values. New guidelines approved May 2010.
- Articles of Incorporation
- The Articles of Incorporation establish the Highland Heights First Association as a not for profit corporation.
- Bylaws
- The bylaws are the rules by which the Highland Village Homeowners Association operates. They establish meeting criteria, and define the Board of Directors, their selection, duties, and term of office. The bylaws define committees, books and records access, assessments, and amendments also.
- Highland Heights Declaration of Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions (CCERs)
- This document defines the easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, which have been established for the purpose of protecting the value and desirability of properties in Highland Village. This document is binding on all parties having any right, title, or interest in the properties within the Highland Village development.
